My personality and coaching style can be too much for most people, which is okay because I’m not a coach for most people.
I’ve always been a free spirit, a maverick, and I tend to attract similar people from all walks of life. I don't always play by the book, and neither do you. You see, I don't really work with ‘normal’ people. To use a bird analogy, I work with parrots and eagles, not pigeons.
My clients are winners at heart—they are either already successful or on their way to becoming successful. I am to them what sports coaches are to athletes, and they are the equivalent of pro athletes.
At your level, I don't need to coach you on how to have a good life—you already have a good life. I coach you on how to have an outstanding life.
I’m the first choice for CEOs, HNWIs, entrepreneurs, executives, doctors, lawyers, and other high achievers and their children for a good reason: we live and think similarly. I’m well-versed in the language of success and winning, understanding its joys and pains, just as they do.
Everyone needs someone, but you’re not just anyone. That means your 'someone' can’t be just anyone. You want the best because the second or tenth best just doesn't cut it for you.
I often work with big personalities and the smartest people in the room. They have a hard time finding a coach who can handle them or meet them at their level.
My clients included a NASA engineer, an Olympian, the chairman of a leading global bank ranked among the top 20 bankers in the world, a Saudi prince, two founders of a FTSE AIM 100 company, a lieutenant colonel in the British Intelligence Corps, both the CEO and MD of the UK’s No. 1 estate agency (voted top out of 15,000 offices), a cardiologist who received the highest public honour from his country’s president for his contribution to cardiology (equivalent to the British OBE), the CEO of an insurance company, the owner of a horse racing track, a professor of economics, a bank CEO, a billionaire’s daughter, and a baron’s son.
I serve you to the best of my ability without fear of hurting your feelings or ego. I will often be the only brutally honest person in your life, the only one who can make you see what you cannot see yourself. Sometimes, even your best thinking is wrong, and I’ll tell you when I think so, no matter who you are.
And hey, it’s okay if you don’t fully believe you can become who you want to become or achieve what you want to achieve when you first come to me. I will believe for both of us until you do too.
