Michael Shenouda

I had the opportunity to work with Michael during a critical time in my career. Having worked with different coaches with varying methods before, I found Michael's direct and honest approach refreshing. He has a fantastic way of getting out the important themes and key questions to address quickly, allowing more opportunity to explore solutions in more detail. He is objective in the way he makes an assessment of a situation, yet is forthright in giving his own opinion too, not pulling any punches and calling out directly anything that he feels needs to be addressed head on. This was great in allowing me to challenge my own views and assumptions directly, without avoiding difficult or sensitive topics. I would strongly recommend Michael as an excellent coach who can help his clients address challenging situations with confidence.
