I worked with Michael during a real career lull. I enjoyed a successful NHS management career with multiple promotions, opportunities and accolades. Yet, after 16 years, I felt unhappy, de-energised and lacking the unwavering sense of purpose in this area of my life that was my central motivator. My enthusiasm had seriously waned.
