Online Life Coach – No Excuses, Just Results

If you want comfort, sugarcoating, and endless motivational clichés, look elsewhere. That’s not what I do. I don’t waste time on platitudes, and I don’t tell you what you want to hear. I tell you the truth, fast, direct, and without apology.

Coaching Success Story

"When I felt overwhelmed, he sent me a voice note saying, 'Nicky, you’re a parrot among pigeons. Don’t forget it.' That phrase has stuck with me, and whenever imposter syndrome creeps in, I remind myself: I’m a parrot among pigeons."

As one of the UK’s leading life coaches, I work exclusively with people who are serious about change. Online coaching is not the cheap substitute for “real” coaching that some people think it is. Done properly, it’s just as powerful as sitting with me in my London office. In fact, for high performers with demanding schedules, it’s often more efficient.

If you’re ready to cut through excuses, face some hard truths, and make rapid progress from wherever you are in the world, you’re in the right place.

What Does an Online Life Coach Do?

At its core, online life coaching is about clarity, accountability, and transformation. It means creating a safe but uncompromising space where you can explore what you want, why you don’t yet have it, and what needs to change. The difference is simply the medium: we work together through video calls instead of in person. These online life coaching sessions give you the same intensity as face-to-face work, without the wasted time and logistics.

The flexibility of online coaching is obvious. You can be in London, Manchester, New York, or Dubai and still have full access to me. But don’t mistake flexibility for softness. My style doesn’t change depending on geography. Whether online or face-to-face, I’ll call you out on your excuses, challenge your thinking, and push you harder than anyone else in your life.

Research published in the International Coaching Psychology Review has shown that life coaching can significantly improve well-being, goal achievement, and overall performance, which is exactly why high achievers continue to invest in it.

Online coaching is not a softer, watered-down version of what I do in person. Done properly, it carries the same intensity and standards. That’s why I don’t run group sessions or generic Zoom webinars. It’s always one-to-one, just you and me, with the same focus you’d get sitting across from me in my office.

One of my clients once told me that online sessions were even more effective than in-person ones, because they removed the excuse of logistics. When the only thing left is you, the work gets real fast.

My Approach to Online Coaching

Every client is different, but the principles behind my coaching remain the same. Over the years, I’ve seen hundreds of people with completely different goals, yet the process that delivers results is always built on the same foundations. That consistency is why, since 2011, I’ve worked with more than 600 clients and spent over 14,000 hours refining my craft. My approach is brutally simple: clarity first, action second, and always full accountability.

We start by identifying exactly what you want. Not vague ideas or half-hearted goals, precise outcomes that will actually move your life forward. Next, we dismantle the limiting beliefs and self-sabotage that have been keeping you stuck. I’ll shine a light on the things you’d rather avoid, because that’s usually where the biggest breakthroughs happen.

Finally, we build a strategy. You’ll execute, and I’ll hold you accountable. No excuses, no hiding, no shortcuts. This isn’t just about hitting business targets. It’s about lasting personal growth that makes every area of your life stronger

I work with a maximum of around 30 clients per year. That means total personal attention, including 24/7 access when needed. Your goals become my goals, and I’ll do whatever it takes to get you there.

When you work with me, you also tap into my network of entrepreneurs, investors, athletes, and leaders across industries. Think of it less like hiring a coach and more like being admitted to a private members’ club of high achievers.

How Online Life Coaching Compares to In-Person Sessions

For many years, life coaching meant face-to-face meetings in an office. The rise of digital platforms has changed that, with online coaching becoming a serious alternative. But does it work as well as in-person sessions? The answer depends on context.

Online sessions offer clear advantages: flexibility, global access, and time efficiency. Someone in Madrid can now work with a coach based in London without ever boarding a plane. Studies from the International Coaching Federation report that outcomes between online and in-person sessions are remarkably similar when accountability and structure are maintained. Many clients even find it easier to open up in their own environment.

There are, however, limits. In-person meetings often provide deeper focus, stronger presence, and fewer distractions. Sitting across from someone can create intensity that video calls rarely match. For high-stakes work, such as clarity around leadership decisions or navigating intense pressure, in-person is still considered the gold standard.

The best approach is often hybrid. Online sessions can maintain momentum and convenience, while in-person meetings can be used for breakthroughs that require maximum depth. Either way, the fundamentals remain the same: direct honesty, sharp questioning, and measurable progress.

As Harvard Business Review points out, effective coaching is less about the format and more about the outcomes, creating accountability, building problem-solving skills, and driving sustained action. Whether sessions happen online or in person matters less than the discipline to follow through.

Who I Work With and Who I Don’t

My style isn’t for everyone, and I’m fine with that. In fact, it’s the point.

My clients are already successful, or they’re on their way. They’re CEOs scaling businesses, entrepreneurs chasing ambitious visions, executives under pressure to perform, athletes competing at the highest level, or professionals who demand more from life than the average person.

I’ve coached billionaires, Olympians, a Saudi prince, a NASA engineer, the chairman of a global bank, and co-founders of an FTSE AIM 100 company. I’ve also worked with a 17-year-old who achieved the highest ACT score in the world, a 26-year-old who took out a £20k loan to launch her dream business, and a man who came to me desperate to find love and was married a year later.

If you need constant reassurance or polite encouragement, I’m not your coach. If you can handle direct feedback and you’re willing to do the work, we’ll get along just fine.

Why Online Coaching Works Even for High Performers

High performers value efficiency. They don’t want excuses, delays, or unnecessary travel. Online coaching removes barriers and allows you to focus purely on results.

For clients who run companies, travel constantly, or juggle demanding schedules, online coaching makes the process easier without diluting the quality. It gives consistency, accessibility, and intensity, no matter where you are.

The truth is simple: online coaching only works if you commit. But if I can build a 10 out of 10 life after arriving in London on a 27-hour bus with barely any English and £5k of debt, you can certainly create your version of success from a laptop.

Investment and Commitment

My programmes are highly personalised. I don’t do group coaching, quick-fix courses, or generic “packages.” Every engagement is one-to-one, tailored to your life and your goals.

The investment ranges from £5,000 to £50,000, depending on the length and depth of our work together. There are no discounts and no special offers. Why should there be? My time and energy are reserved for people who are serious, and who understand the value of working with someone at the top of this industry.

This is a partnership. Your commitment is matched by mine. When you work with me, you get me, fully, relentlessly, and without compromise.

Success Stories and Recognition

My practice has been recognised every year since 2017 in Spear’s 500, widely considered the definitive guide to top advisers for HNWIs. I’m also the author of From Good to Amazing, a book that continues to reach readers internationally.

But recognition means nothing without results. The real measure is client transformation: entrepreneurs scaling to seven and eight figures, leaders performing under extreme pressure, and individuals breaking through barriers that had held them back for years. Radical change, fast.
