Michael Serwa - Life Coach in Kensington

I guide high achievers to build lives that work on every level, using my direct, no-nonsense life coaching approach.

You’re doing well by most people’s standards. You’ve built momentum, responsibility sits on your shoulders naturally, and others look to you for decisions, reassurance, or direction. From the outside, your life makes sense. Inside, things are often louder, heavier, and less settled than they appear.

High standards come with a cost. You think constantly, notice everything, and rarely get the luxury of switching off. Conversations stay surface-level, expectations stay high, and there’s not much room to be uncertain, tired, or conflicted without feeling weak or indulgent. Over time, that creates a quiet tension between who you are, who you’ve become, and who you sense you could be.

If any of that feels familiar, you’re not looking for motivation or reassurance. You’re looking for clarity, challenge, and a space where you don’t have to explain yourself or pretend you’re fine. Somewhere you can think properly, speak honestly, and raise the standard of how you operate, not just what you achieve.

Who I Work With

I work with people who already carry responsibility. They’re used to leading, deciding, and holding things together when others hesitate. They need someone who can meet them where they are, keep up with their thinking, and challenge them without flinching.

Most of the people I work with are already successful or clearly on their way there. Founders, executives, professionals, and high achievers who think quickly, carry pressure well, and don’t fit comfortably into standard coaching formats. They’re often the smartest person in the room, which makes it hard to find someone they can respect, trust, and speak to honestly.

Titles and status aren’t the point. What matters is mindset. I work just as well with someone carrying serious wealth and influence as I do with someone hungry, driven, and willing to take full responsibility for their future. What they have in common is ambition, self-awareness, and a refusal to settle for a life that feels smaller than their potential.

This work isn’t for people looking for comfort, validation, or easy answers. It suits those who value honesty over politeness, depth over reassurance, and progress over excuses. People who are prepared to be challenged, to hear things they might not like at first, and to act on what they discover.

How I Work

The work is one-to-one, private, and direct. No groups, no motivational theatre. Just long, focused conversations where we deal with what actually matters, rather than what sounds good to talk about.

I don’t use templates. Every conversation is shaped around the person sitting in front of me, their patterns, blind spots, and the pressure they’re carrying. I listen carefully, challenge hard when needed, and say things most people around you won’t. Not to provoke, but to cut through noise and self-deception.

There’s no performance in the room. No pretending things are simpler than they are. We slow things down enough to think clearly, then move decisively once something becomes obvious. Responsibility stays where it belongs, with you. My role isn’t to motivate or reassure, but to sharpen your thinking and raise the standard of how you operate.

Clients often describe the work as demanding, grounding, and unexpectedly clarifying. Conversations feel intense without being dramatic, serious without being heavy. Over time, clarity replaces mental clutter, decisions take less effort, and life starts to feel more coherent rather than constantly negotiated.

Why People Work With Me

People work with me because I’ve lived what I talk about. When I say it’s possible to build a life that works on every level, I’m not repeating a slogan. I’ve done it myself, from the ground up, without shortcuts, and I continue to hold myself to the same standards I expect from my clients.

Since 2011, I’ve spent over 14,000 hours working one-to-one with more than 600 people. I’ve seen what actually changes lives and what doesn’t, what sounds impressive and what works quietly over time. That experience means I don’t guess, theorise, or hide behind complexity. I recognise patterns quickly and I know where real leverage sits.

My work has been featured by the BBC, Sky, and other major outlets, and I’ve been listed in Spear’s 500 as one of the leading advisers to high-net-worth individuals year after year. None of that is the point. It simply reflects the level of trust people place in me when the stakes are high and the conversations need to be real.

People choose to work with me because they want honesty, depth, and someone who can hold them to a higher standard without losing perspective. Someone who understands both ambition and its cost, and who isn’t intimidated by complexity, success, or uncomfortable truths.

Life Coaching in the Heart of Kensington

My base is Kensington. More precisely, South Kensington.
That’s where I meet clients who value privacy, discretion, and real conversation without noise or theatre.

Sessions usually take place in my home, in a quiet, focused setting designed for long, uninterrupted conversations. No ticking clocks. No artificial structures. Just the space to think clearly, talk honestly, and go deep into what actually matters.

If London isn’t an option, we work over Zoom. The work doesn’t change. The standard stays exactly the same. What matters is the quality of the conversation, not the format.

If you’re serious about exploring whether working together makes sense, the first step is a complimentary initial consultation. It lasts a few hours for a reason. We take the time to understand each other properly, talk through your situation in depth, and see whether this is the right fit for both of us.

This might not be the right next step for you. If it is, it tends to change more than people expect.

If you’d like to explore that possibility, email me at michaelserwa@gmail.com and I’ll share my availability.
