Radical transformations.
No bullshit.
Life Coach London
Most people who look for a life coach in London don’t need one. They need a pep talk, a friend who listens, or a holiday. The people I work with are different. They’ve already built something serious, and they’ve outgrown the advice, the conversations and sometimes the people around them.
If that’s you, keep reading. If you’re looking for motivation, buy a poster.

The Problem With Doing Well in London
London is brilliant at producing successful people. It’s equally brilliant at making them feel like it’s never enough.
You can earn more than your parents ever imagined and still feel behind. There’s always someone in the next postcode with a bigger exit, a better house, a fund that raised faster. The city rewards ambition, then charges you interest on it. Twelve-hour days. Dinners that are really meetings. Weekends that look like rest on Instagram and feel like recovery in real life.
None of that is a complaint. You chose this, and most of the time you love it. But after 14,000 hours of one-to-one conversations with people at the top of their fields, I’ve noticed the same pattern again and again. From the outside, their lives make perfect sense. Inside, things are louder, heavier and far less settled than anyone would guess.

The higher you climb, the smaller your circle gets. Your team filters what they tell you. Friends don’t really get the pressure. Your partner tries, but you protect them from half of it anyway. So you make the biggest decisions of your life alone, hoping your instincts are still as sharp as they used to be.
That’s usually when people find me.
Why Smart, Successful People Still Get Stuck
Being stuck at a high level doesn’t look like being stuck. It looks like being busy.
You’ve outgrown your own advice
The thinking that got you here was brilliant for the last stage. It’s not built for the next one. Most high achievers keep running the same playbook harder, then wonder why the results feel smaller each time.
Success has become the goal
Somewhere along the way, winning stopped being a means to a life and became the life. I’ve written an entire guide on what comes after success, because it’s one of the most common and least discussed problems I see. You hit the number. The feeling lasts about a fortnight. Then you set a bigger number.

Nobody tells you the truth any more
When you pay people’s salaries, invest in their companies or simply intimidate them, honest feedback dries up. You end up surrounded by agreement. It feels good. It’s also dangerous.
One area of your life is carrying the others
Usually it’s work. Business is a 9 out of 10, health is a 6, relationships are a 4, and nobody has asked you about fun in years. Averages hide this. A great life isn’t built on a great average. It’s built on no area being allowed to rot.
Ask Yourself: “What am I tolerating right now that I would never accept in my business?”
What Working With Me Actually Changes
I don’t sell hope. I sell radical transformation, and I’m very specific about what that means.
Clarity
The first shift is always clarity. Not inspiration, not hype. A clearer head. Problems that felt overwhelming separate into pieces you can deal with. Priorities stop fighting each other. Decisions you’ve been circling for months, sometimes years, suddenly become obvious.
Speed
A clear mind moves faster. You stop re-litigating the same choices. Execution gets cleaner, and you get evenings back that you’d forgotten you were entitled to.
Standards
With a quieter head, people raise the bar on everything. They stop tolerating the people, habits and arrangements that drain them. They have the difficult conversation they’ve been avoiding since March. They lead differently, because they finally trust their own judgement again.
A life that works on every level
This is the part most coaches skip. I’m not interested in making you a more productive version of an unhappy person. We work on the whole thing: career, money, health, relationships, the lot. My benchmark is simple. A 10 out of 10 life, built brick by brick, in every area that matters to you.
Three of my clients got married as a direct result of our work. None of them came to me to find a partner. Meanwhile, I’m single and child-free by choice. Draw your own conclusions.

The People I Work With in London
I work with people who carry responsibility. Founders, CEOs, executives, investors, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, athletes and creatives. Over the years, that list has included a billionaire, an Olympian, a NASA engineer and a Saudi prince. None of this is to brag. It’s to calibrate.
Titles aren’t the point, though. Mindset is. I work just as well with someone hungry and on the way up as I do with someone who has already made it. What they share is ambition, self-awareness and a refusal to settle for average.
Some come to me for something specific. They want to scale without burning out, which is what I do as a business coach in London. Or they want to lead better as a CEO coach client, or build the kind of self-belief I cover in confidence coaching. Most start with one problem and end up rebuilding a lot more than they planned.
My personality and coaching style are too much for most people. That’s fine, because I’m not a coach for most people.
This works if you:
- Prefer the truth to being made to feel good
- Take full responsibility for your results (it’s on you, and you know it)
- Act on what you discover, fast
- Want someone who can keep up with your thinking and push past it
This doesn’t work if you:
- Want someone to agree with you
- Are looking for therapy (more on that below)
- Expect me to do the work for you
I also have a strict no-arsehole policy. It has served me well.
How Life Coaching in London Works With Me
Where we meet
My base is South Kensington. Sessions usually take place in my home: a private setting built for long, uninterrupted conversations. No ticking clock, no waiting room, no one from your office walking past. For many clients, that privacy is half the value. You can find more on the South Kensington life coach page.
If you can’t get to London, or you split your time between London and somewhere else (many of my clients do), we work over Zoom. The work doesn’t change. The standard stays exactly the same. I’ve coached clients through online life coaching across Europe, the US and the Middle East.
How the work runs
It’s one-to-one, private and direct. No groups, no workbooks, no templates. Every conversation is shaped around the person in front of me: their patterns, their blind spots and the pressure they’re carrying.
I listen carefully, challenge hard when it’s needed, and say what most people around you won’t. Not to provoke. To cut through the noise and the self-deception we’re all capable of, me included.
Between sessions, I’m available. Clients send me voice notes when they’re about to make a big call, or when an old habit is trying to sneak back in. The sessions are where the thinking happens. The moments in between are where the change sticks.
It starts with a long conversation
Every client relationship starts with a complimentary initial consultation. It lasts a few hours, and that’s deliberate. We go deep into where you are, where you want to be and what’s really in the way. By the end, we both know whether working together makes sense. Sometimes it doesn’t, and I’ll tell you.
Confidentiality is absolute. NDAs are available on request.

Areas of London I Cover
I meet clients in person in South Kensington, a short trip from most of central and west London:
- Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Belgravia: a few minutes away.
- Mayfair and St James’s: one of the easiest journeys to me, whether you’re coming from a fund, a family office or a members’ club.
- Westminster and Covent Garden: a straight run west on the District or Piccadilly line.
- Holland Park, Kensington and Notting Hill: practically neighbours.
- Hammersmith, Earl’s Court and Shepherd’s Bush: a short hop east.
- The City, Canary Wharf and north London (including Highgate): an easy journey in, with Zoom there for when the diary gets brutal.
Wherever you are in London, the location is rarely the problem. The diary is. We’ll find a rhythm that works.

Why People Choose Me Over Other London Life Coaches
There are hundreds of life coaches in London. Most of them are lovely. Many of them are the wrong choice for someone who’s already successful.
I’ve lived what I coach
I came to London on a 27-hour bus from Poland because I couldn’t afford a flight. I had barely any English, and later built my practice starting from £5,000 of credit card debt. I was useless with women, in average shape at best, and full of limiting beliefs as ridiculous as they were convincing. When I tell a client that a life that works on every level is possible, I’m not quoting a book. I’ve built it, from the ground up.
The experience is real
More than 14,000 hours. More than 600 people. Since 2011. I recognise patterns quickly because I’ve seen most of them hundreds of times, and I know where the real leverage sits.
Results over certificates
Coaching is an unregulated industry. Anyone can call themselves a life coach tomorrow, and plenty do. The only people who insist that coaching qualifications matter are the people selling them.
I don’t have any. Not because I can’t get them (I could, easily), but because I think they’re unimportant. In my entire career, I can count on the fingers of one hand the prospects who have asked about my qualifications. Most of them became clients anyway once they found out I didn’t have any.
What matters is whether your life actually changes. So I put my energy into client results, not certificates on a wall. That’s why every one of my success stories is published with a real name, a face and, in most cases, a video. Judge me on those.
The trust is earned
I’ve been listed in Spear’s 500 as one of the leading advisers to high-net-worth individuals every year since 2017, and my work has been featured on the BBC and Sky and in The Telegraph. None of that is the point. It reflects the level of trust people place in me when the stakes are high and the conversations need to be real.
If you want a wider view before you decide, I’ve written an honest guide to the top life coaches in the world. Read it, compare and choose properly.
Find Out More
You’ve read this far, so something landed.
Maybe you’re doing well by every visible measure and still feel like you’re playing below your level. Maybe one area of your life is secretly falling apart while everything else looks brilliant. Or maybe you’ve simply run out of people who will tell you the truth.
Whatever it is, the first step is one conversation. It might not be the right step for you. If it is, it tends to change far more than people expect.
